Tzvika is an experienced manager and an entrepreneur – he worked many years in senior positions in large companies in the areas of insurance and internet (last positions – VP operation at Phoenix Pension and a COO at an internet company) and he founded 2 startups before he joined Salient Eye (SHIROK Ltd. – Green Transportation via electric vehicles and Ymore Ltd. – an insurance aggregator in the Israeli market – both didn’t succeed so well…)

Tzvika holds B.Sc in Computer Science and M.B.A with specializes in finance (both from Bar Ilan University).
He served as an officer in “Chaman Talpiyot” program at 8200 unit (1992-1997) and today he is a Captain (Reserve). After he finished his army service he learned one year “Judaism studies” in Jerusalem and at the end of that year he joined as a “Madrich” to the “Zionist seminars” of the Jewish agency in Australia (where he met his wife …).

Tzvika is married to Michal, has 6 great kids (at the ages 4 to 15) and leave in Petach Tikwa
Tzvika divides his free time among playing with his kids, jogging and quality time with his wife (trying every week a new Cafe house…)
