Tzur Barak brings 15 years of entrepreneurial leadership and Real Estate domain expertise to the founding team of YourTalents. He received his B.Arch for architecture and town planning from the Technion, Haifa and his M.Des is from Betzalel, Jerusalem

Prior to YourTalents. Tzur has co-founded BCV. A mobile app tool turning urban air public spaces into culture content through AR mobile solution.

For 12 years he led Tzur Barak architecture and design. A firm who specialized in designing and building high end commercial office spaces and private residential. The firm has build successfully over 50 projects in prime locations in Israel and New York.

Tzur has led new professional knowledge publications and teaching in the domain of Office space design. Urban experience and Employee Experience.

Tzur has co-founded Employee Experience Israel. A community of professionals leading the professional activity of high-tech enterprises employee experience practice to improve their employee engagement and productivity. In the community he teaches, mentor and leads the community yearly conference.
