Shmulik Bilgoray in an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history in the interior design industry, specializing in retail design. His retail design firm “Bilgoray Pozner L.T.D.”, which he founded ,18 years ago, with his partner keren Pozner , has a wide range of retail chain store clients, international and local and designed over 2,000 stores.

His firm, “Bilgoray Pozner L.T.D.” ,won the excellence award in the honored design competition “Ot-Haitzuv” in 2007 and 2016 for their designs.

Shmulik Bilgoray has a B.Design in interior design and a M.A. focused on Design Innovation and Entrepreneurship from The College of Management Academic Studies.

He is highly skilled in Parametric Design, Commercial Design and Business Development.

A few month ago, together with Hila Goldenberg and Dr. Efi Fogel , he founded a start up called “Xenia” , an intelligent retail design system , that helps designers to generate optimal store floor plans using  optimization and machine learning.
