Shahar Abuhazira is the CEO and founder of Alpha Dawn – Aerospace & Defense Accelerator and Advisory firm, located in Washington D.C.

Between 2012 to 2018, Shahar Served as the  Chief Executive Officer of Roboteam Inc.; He joined the team in 2012 as Vice President for Sales & Marketing. He has extensive Sales and Marketing Management experience, mainly in the Israeli and US Military & Defense markets. In his former position as the Business Development Manager at Armaz Group, he was responsible for initiating & executing challenging and complex sales solutions based on technology and long term service. Mr. Abuhazira holds a B.A in Business Management (Specialized in Accounting) and post degree diplomas in Accounting, Project Management and Negotiation.
