During 25 years of Military Service in Israeli Navy as senior commanding officer, Rima was involved in development of military systems, leading Navy’s project teams in Israeli Military Industries. Rima brings proven experience, deep system engineering knowledge and high multidisciplinary management skills of R&D and system integration in the defense and military fields. During military service, Rima held a wide range of duties and responsibilities and the last one was “Head of System Engineering at BARAK-8 program “. 

Today, Rima is the International Marketing Director in Land Base Radar Division at Israeli Aerospace Industries (IAI ELTA) that develop and produce the cutting edge products, like: Iron Dome and David Sling Radars. The main aspects of daily activity are to expand ELTA’s customer base and penetrate new customers with an innovative ELTA Air Surveillance and Land Base Multi Mission Radars Family (including “Iron Dome” Radars). 

Rima holds a M.S.E. in System Engineering and a B.Sc. in Computer Science both from Technion Haifa. Rima lives in Rishon-le-Zion; She is married to Samuel and has three children.
