Prasad Rampalli is a thirty three-year veteran in the technology industry with successful results in transforming medium to large global companies and delivering on multibillion-dollar growth initiatives. Prasad has extensive experience in new category creation with differentiated IT systems and solutions, leading large scale global operations and successful M&A integration.

His most recent achievements involved scaling EMC’s Solutions business (Senior VP) from ground-up and leading QLogic’s growth transformation (CEO) from components to an IO systems player in Enterprise and Cloud environments. Prior to this, Prasad spent 27 years at Intel where he held successively senior roles leading Intel’s manufacturing automation, global IT operations and end-user driven go to market initiatives for the enterprise business. Prasad is a CIO 100 honoree and has served on public boards (QLogic) and advisory boards of universities and government organizations in the People’s Republic of China and Malaysia. 

Prasad holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Texas, Arlington.
