Or Dubinsky was born and raised in Haifa, Israel, and lives today in Tel Aviv. Or has LL.B. degree from the Tel-Aviv University Law School and is a certified member of the Israeli Bar.

Starting at high-school, Or discovered joy in programming and in learning advanced technology. Serving in the IDF’s Intelligence Corps, Or managed electronics manufacturing projects. During the last seven years, Or has initiated and was involved in various technological projects. Or founded Buddy Mobile Services, a mobile services solutions for boutique hotels in Israel. He served as a developer and a project manager for Hi-Tech companies in Israel specializing in IoT development projects.

During 2017, seeing how retirement affected his grandparents, Or decided to focus his energy on finding solutions to help seniors live a more healthy engaged life during retirement. Or founded CogniZance – a cognitive stimulating daily service for seniors.

Or is also a certified skipper who guides Israeli groups sailing in Europe, teaching the fundamentals of sailing. Further, he is an instructor in Beit Kobi, a non-profit organization that together with the IDF’s Education Corps, develops seminars for commanders. At Beit Kobi, Or facilitates seminars on the values of being a commander to officers of all ranks.
