Oded Halevy

Col. (Res.) Oded Halevy is a senior consultant in the Homeland Security arena.

He served in the Israeli security forces for 26 years in different roles including battalion commander, head of the south arena in the operation division of the IDF general staff, head of the combat collection doctrine department in the ground forces and commander of the combat collection school brigade, still on active reserve service.

He is an expert in Intelligence & Counter Terrorism and Homeland Security and was part of the planning for the new border in Gaza strip, Israel-Egyptian border and the Golan Heights.

Mr. Halevy received master degree in law from Bar-Ilan University and B.A in Business Management from Roppin academic College.  In addition, he holds an executive certificate in counter-terrorism studies from the ICT. 

From 2015 he is the co-founder and CEO of GOTRACK HLS LTD, a company that provides its customers with comprehensive solutions which include consulting services, guidance, identifying security needs and responses, personnel training and integration in the field of homeland security

He lives in the center of Israel and among his hobbies is mountaineering and 4wd.
