Natali is currently the Business Development Manager at Sdema Group, an HLS security company providing services and solutions in areas of Physical Security, Cyber Security and Intelligence. 

Before joining Sdema Group, Natali born and raised in London, United Kingdom completed diverse and dynamic roles in complementing organizations.

In 2004, Natali volunteered to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and served as a combat soldier in Karakal, the IDF’s first mixed gender infantry battalion.

Upon finishing her military service, Natali went on to complete a BA in Government Diplomacy & Strategy at the IDC, Herzliyah in Israel. Throughout her studies she gained a strong reputation for her community involvement spearheading an elected Student Committee for international students at the Student Union and increasing integration of Israeli and international students.

Natali’s active involvement on campus, planted the seeds for a fruitful professional career. Natali had the honor of working with the late, Mr. Shimon Peres, Ninth President of the State of Israel. As part of his close team, Natali served as Government Relations & International Liaison and Head of English Content. These tasks included the coordination of all government and international business contacts for a newly established enterprise.  In addition to full management of all English content including crafting and oversight of all personal and professional literature and correspondence.

Prior to her role with Ninth President of Israel Shimon Peres, Natali served in Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this prestigious role Natali worked as Business Relations and Development Manager for special projects under the Director Generals Bureau.

Along with her BA from the IDC, Herzliyah, Natali also completed an Executive MA in Security & Diplomacy at Tel Aviv University, Israel.
