Graduated from Domus International Academy (Milan – Italy) with a Master’s degree in Industrial Design. Over 15 years of experience in leading various projects from concept and strategic design to manufacturing processes and marketing. Projects including lighting design, internal design, developing new applications for soft materials, improving low tech manufacturing processes and a true passion for making things simpler.

Esther was awarded twice for her lighting designs (lighting show – Birmingham – England) and her work on polyurethane gel new applications (BraunPrize – Germany). She was featured in major design magazines and exhibited in Europe and Israel.

Esther started the Cakely venture trying to solve the “birthday cake problem”: Children pushing to have the best looking cake ever and a working mum that couldn’t spend 6 hours in the kitchen anymore.

Cakely developed a kit that allows anyone to create a homemade, professionally- designed cake in less than 5 minutes.
