Daniel Gibson

Daniel Gibson is a partner in the firm’s Orange County office. He provides intellectual property counseling in various technologies, including computer software, computer hardware, e-commerce, medical devices, optics, and automotive technologies. He also assists clients with patent portfolio management, infringement and invalidity analyses, patent risk management, and IP due diligence. During law school, Mr. Gibson was President of the BYU Student Intellectual Property Law Association and a member of the International Law and Management Review. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gibson worked as an engineer at National Instruments designing server and computer hardware.
