Assaf is the CEO and co-founder of Milkit, an innovative and revolutionary patented milk dispensing system designed for the hospitality and food service industry. Milkit helps its users save dramatically in their milk consumption reduce, preparation times of coffee cups and decrease waste resolved from milk.

Assaf worked in the industry for more than 15 years in High-level key positions in operation, marketing, innovation and many more before becoming the CEO and owner of a group of restaurants. He is also an advisor to several chains in Israel. Assaf has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry and knows the business from every aspect and every position that allows Assaf to understand the needs of his clients and help them to make their business better.   

Assaf has a B.A in government administration from the lauder government school in the IDC Herzeliya.
