Amit is a Principal in PwC’s M&A Operations practice; he leads the Design-to-Cost / Teardown / Value Engineering capability. He has over 18 years of experience in operations and supply chain, helping clients achieve rapid scale, improve gross margin, and establish cost and tax optimal business operations.

Amit joined PwC through the acquisition of PRTM Management Consulting. His industry experience spans the consumer electronics, semiconductor, and network equipment industries.

Amit holds Bachelor of Engineering in Production and Industrial; MBA in Industrial Management; and APICS certification in CPIM and CSCP.
