Mr. Kaplun is an experienced corporate attorney who has represented private equity funds, venture capital funds, “angel” investors and entrepreneurs in a wide range of corporate matters, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions; public and private equity and debt financings; venture capital financings; private equity and debt financings; cross-border joint ventures and financing; securities offerings; PIPE transactions; and reverse merger transactions. Mr. Kaplun is also a board member of several companies and non-for-profit organizations, including the U.S.-Israel Business Council, an organization dedicated to bringing together community leaders, investors, senior executives and entrepreneurs for the purposes of designing and implementing investments in, and trade programs between, the United States and Israel.
