Adam Hodak is the Director of Business Operations at GlobeKeeper Inc, a company that builds real-time field collaboration platform that improves officer’s response time by +60% and helps them save lives. Adam was born and raised in Israel, after completing high school in 2011 joined to the Combat Engineering unit of the Israeli Defense Force, finished commander and officer’s courses. As a commander, Adam was in charge of geometrical mechanic equipment platoon, first at the training base, then at Gaza strip, and finished his service as a Captain, today Adam serves in the IDF reserves as a platoon commander.

In 2015, after the military service, Adam graduated as NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) Master, a study of communication both with yourself and others, NLP is a set of tools and techniques of knowing to be fluent in the language of our mind, after graduated Adam began working as an NLP therapist, a specialist in healing post-trauma, and as a sales manager for NLP courses. In 2018, Adam joined GlobeKeeper, working on business channels, customer success, and managing the product department.

After the working hours, Adam likes skateboarding, snowboarding, jumping on everything that has a board, traveling around the world, hiking and spending time with his fiancé.
