First, we’ll evaluate your competitive position. What are the barriers to entry? Who are your key competitors? How will they react? Who are your suppliers and buyers? How will they respond? Are there substitutes? Are you the low-cost supplier or the premium provider? Next, we’ll discuss models of corporate entrepreneurship and how you can collaborate. We’ll cover open innovation, incubators and accelerators, corporate venture capital, and the venture client model. Lastly, we’ll cover a model for how companies/investors assess the viability of your idea/company.
