After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Stew immediately began his career in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.  He mastered several relevant disciplines as he progressed through various sales and marketing positions with several high profile CPG companies to include Chef America (Hot Pockets), Nestle and Healthy Food Holdings.  The result…a unique background of successfully building brands across multiple retail channels.

Stew transitioned from established brands to the startup arena when he joined other industry veterans to form Suncore Products in 2009 and launch an innovative line of better for you cookies.  Initially leading the distribution and sales charge as Vice President of Stew eventually moved into the CEO role to lead a complete restructure of the company.

Most recently, Stew has served as partner and CEO of Col-Tex Ventures LLC, overseeing private investments in oilfield and other related service operations, while consulting for numerous early stage CPG companies.
