Steve Maylish is co-founder and chief commercial officer of Fusion Biotec, an Irvine, CA based contract engineering firm. He has been in the medical device industry for over 30 years. Prior to Fusion Biotec, he was president of Maytrix Medical, providing business development services to multiple engineering companies in northern and southern California. He also served as vice-president of business development for Aubrey Group (acquired by Sparton Medical) and Source Scientific (acquired by BIT Group). Before this, he held management positions at Jostra Bentley, Edwards Lifesciences, Baxter Healthcare, Sorin Group and Shiley. Mr. Maylish has an A.S. degree in Electronics from RETS Electronics Institute, Broomall, PA, a B.S. in Business from the University of La Verne, La Verne, CA and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
