Sharon Kaspi Ein-Gal
Sharon Kaspi Ein-Gal is a healthcare executive with over 22 years of business development, strategy, global operations and management experience, working closely with large global corporations, mid-size multinational companies and startups in the healthcare industry.
Over the past 12 years, Sharon has served in various global management positions at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, including in the fields of corporate development, global operations, external supply operations and corporate strategy. In her roles at Teva, Sharon managed dozens of high value transactions including M&As and strategic collaborations, helped develop Teva’s global operations strategy, established Teva’s external supply operations and managed integrations of acquired companies.
Prior to Teva, Sharon served as a Vice President, Business Development, at Rosetta Genomics – a biotech startup. Prior to Rosetta, Sharon served as the head of business development and General Counsel at Direx Medical Systems, a global medical devices group.
Sharon has a deep knowledge of the global healthcare regulatory, commercial and business environment, with a particular focus on innovative solutions and new product introductions.
Sharon began her career in legal practice, focusing on corporate commercial law and M&As.
Sharon holds a MBA in finance accounting and marketing management, as well as dual degrees in law (LL.M and LL.B) from Tel Aviv University, and is a member of the Israeli bar association.
