Rich Toubman has a varied background in corporate finance that encompasses numerous disciplines winthin the financial services industry. He has served in business consulting, corporate lending, new product development, and investment banking roles at financial services companies including Bank of America, TRW and Dunn & Bradstreet.

He was part of the development and consulting team for advanced risk management products at formerly TRW Information Services. He developed and introduced several new credit-risk model analytical products which were used by financial institutions, investment banking firms, and commercial businesses to perform merger and acquisition analyses, improve credit policy evaluations, and balance credit risk with revenue enhancement. He is a frequent lecturer and author and is active in various professional groups.

He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and MBA from the University of San Francisco where he was valedictorian of his graduating class. He is married with two children.
