Raphael Moisa
Raphael has over 20 years broad range of experience across variety industries, engineering management, product & technology development, leading innovation, entrepreneurship, global marketing and sales in the automotive industry. Raphael is currently Co-Founder and managing director of IBEX Technologies-an engineering & manufacturing services company, Co-Founder and Chairman of CONSIS Medical – a med-tech startup that focuses on single-use, self-propelled endoscopic solutions.
Served the IDF in the Artillery Corps, 3 years mandatory service and following 20 years at reserves. Married to Regina, has 3 boys – two soldiers at age 20, 18 and third one at age 11, lives in Omer – a small village in the south of Israel near Beer-Sheva.
Raphael holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Ben-Gurion University and also graduated MBA studies in Marketing Management & Global Strategies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
After completing his engineering studies, he worked for 8 years at NETAFIM as R&D engineer, later as project manager in product development, production technologies for dripping & irrigation systems.
Following his work at NETAFIM, he joined MEDIGUS – a medical device startup. He managed the design & development of company’s first functional prototype – Ultrasonic Surgical Endostapler device.
On 2005, he joined RAVIV – a leading Israeli manufacture and supplier for the automotive global industry. He was responsible for developing new growing engine for the company, leading and launching of new products, managing global marketing and sales directly to the automotive OEMs. During the period at RAVIV, he met his today’s partner and since 2011 when founded IBEX Technologies he is leading and managing its operations.
