Ori is the founder and CEO of CallVU, an award winning multi-channel platform company enabling customers to benefit from a rich digital interactive experience with visual IVR, customer-service bots on multiple channels and a collaborative digital branch like experience. Ori has founded CallVU at 2012 and led the company from and idea through seed and series A funding, strategic aliases, global customers and a US subsidiary.
A pioneer in contact center innovation, Ori has vast global experience and understanding of customer journey considerations as well as process and technology planning and deployment with global enterprise companies. Prior to joining CallVU, Ori served in management roles in leading contact center technology vendors.
Ori is 38 years old, married and a father two, an army major serving on a special unit on reserve duty. Ori holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and an MBA from Recanati School of Business at Tel Aviv University.
