An “Exe-Visioner” a combination between high-level vision creator and down to earth, byte-level meticulous executioner.

Nadav is in charge of executing the founder’s vision regarding the company. He leads all aspects of business development, finance, fund rising,  go-to-market strategy, and marketing.

Prior to co-creating UNIQAI, Nadav was a project manager in a leading business intelligence company, and managed global projects.Prior to that he served four years as CEO of WEBOX, a cloud computing  company, considerably increasing team size, product diversity, sales volume and total  turnover. Nadav holds an MBA in innovation and hi-tech management from Ben-Gurion University of The Negev, and a B.Sc. in Bio-technology from Tel Aviv University.

Nadav served as an operator, team leader and squadron commander in the IDF Air Force Special Forces, and is still in active reserve duty (Major). Nadav has over 20 years of combat experience in planning and executing military projects and operations.

Nadav is also a sailing yacht instructor and captain with worldwide sailing experience,

an endurance athlete (mainly marathons and relay races), loves to cook, married to Lee, and a proud father to Yuval, Amit and Shira. Lives in Kibbutz Alonim located at the Valley of Yizrael, northern Israel.
