John Melnikov is the Director of Business Operations at ReSec Technologies where he leads the company’s global business development activities, identifies opportunities for potential partnerships and executes complete sales cycles from identification to closure and after sale operational activities.

Prior to joining ReSec Technologies, John served as a Senior Business Analyst at Taldor, one of Israel’s largest IT companies, where he identified business trends utilizing real data gathered from multiple sources and compiled analysis reports delivered to the CEO.

Beforehand, John served as an economist at the corporate sector in Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, a natural position after getting his B.A in Economics and Management as part of the honors program of the Max Stern Yezreel Valley College. At the corporate sector, he was responsible for evaluating and analyzing credit ratings, investment programs and business plans of Israel’s largest corporates.

When not at work, John enjoys making music (former lead singer at the IDF military band), fixing guitars and spending quality time with his wife and 2 kids.
