Eyal Briller

After serving as a naval officer in the Israeli submarines, Eyal earned his degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion, and joined Unilever Israel as an R&D food engineer. During that time he gained experience in product design and development, and cross functional project management. To follow his goal of creating healthier, affordable and more sustainable products, Eyal pursued an MBA degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Eyal joined Impossible Foods, a silicon valley food-tech start up, with a mission to create delicious meats and cheeses directly from simple plant ingredients that will replace animal based products. Today Eyal is leading the company’s scale up efforts as a business development and product manager.

Eyal is passionate about sustainability, leadership, baking and art photography.
