He has wide experience in creatively structuring merger and acquisition deals for both large and small companies including start-ups. Currently, he is Chief Technology Officer at Reshape Life Sciencecs, Inc (NASDAQ: RSLS)

Raj is constantly solving unmet clinical needs combining Ai, machine learning, bio-electronic in value based healthcare, concierge medicine and life sciences. His clinical and research work has earned him Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) and gets invited to speak at several domestic and international conferences.

His innovations have won ‘The Most Innovative Product’ award The Gastric Vest System from CONNECT San Diego 2017. Winner of Orange County Medical Device Innovation and Investor Forum Award – 2016 and The OC Tech Finalist position in 2016 and 2017.

He founded Onciomed (BarioSurg), Spinofix, MDnook. He is also the founder & President of Scientific Entrepreneur & Venture Capital Network, a founding charter member of TiE Orange County and certified member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS)

He has been an active mentor for Paul Merage visiting entrepreneurs and MIT Hacking Medicine programs.
