Daniel is an 8200 graduate (as a language analyst and team commander). After a short career in the high-tech sector as a BI specialist, he decided to leave and look for work with social benefits. He co-founded Wize – a non-profit for educated night life – that is active in 10 cities by 40 volunteers, worked for two years in Ashoka – innovators for the public – the leading NGO in the social entrepreneurship field, and sit in several non-profits board of directors.

In July 2015 he co-founded Panda Chocolate, which he still serves as CEO: managed one of the most successful crowdfunding campaigns, built a factory from scratch, and today manage a team of 9 employees.

Apart from the professional experience, Daniel is a semi-professional juggler, and one of the organizers of the Israeli juggling convention (second biggest convention in the world!), and practice debate in world-class competitions, including the quarter final of the European championship in 2016.
