Constance Steinkuehler

Constance Steinkuehler is a Professor of Informatics at the University of California, Irvine where she researches the cognitive, intellectual, and social aspects of esports and multiplayer online videogames. Current projects include esports analytics and survey research, methods for assessing online social interaction, design and evaluation of an academically enriched high school esports league and complementary high school curriculum in STEM and English Language Arts, games for second language acquisition, and a book for parents of gamer kids. She serves on multiple advisory and editorial boards and chairs the Esports Conference at UCI.
