Aref started his career in halva and tahini at a very young age (12 years old).

To properly understand the basics of the job he worked as a manufacturing employee.

Mr. Bashir currently in the position as the Business Development Manager, Deputy CEO; he also works in the marketing, and in the development department, and serves as a member of the board of directors of the company.

Aref holds Bs.C. in business Management from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzeliya, specializing in business advertising and marketing strategies and a BSC in Law.

Furthermore, he took part in developing a new tahini product, a leading product that introduces a new technology intending to enhance health and environment.

As a student, he has participated in many excellence programs aimed at solving marketing problems in Israel and abroad.

Aref Bashir is also the head of an organization in the Arab-Israeli sector that works to further advance and integrate volunteering among youngsters in the sector; the organization currently stands at around 400 Volunteers.
