Angelica Khachaturova

Angelica brings with her a solid background in public and international relations as well as fifteen years of experience in business development, marketing and sales of Medical Devices and Health IT. 

Prior to making aliyah in 2001, Angelica served as a diplomat of the Republic of Armenia and hold different diplomatic positions during her service.

In Israel Angelica started a new career in the field of medical technologies. She has been leading the Medical Device and Health IT sector at The Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute for seven years (2004-2011) and served as an expert to the Israeli MedTech industry, facilitating business opportunities for the local companies. In this position she initiated and managed many international large-scale projects that became Israel flagship projects in the international MedTech arena.

After leaving the public sector, Angelica hold various senior business development, sales and marketing positions in medical device companies (Haldor Advanced Technologies, DarioHealth, B-Cure Laser) where she was in charge of building the company’s business and go-to-market strategy and plans, as well as establishing distribution channels, strategic partnerships and overall marketing activities.  Since 2015, Angelica is EVP Marketing at GlucoMe – developer of digital diabetes care platform.

Angelica holds a Master’s degree in Russian Language and Literature from the Yerevan State University, Armenia, and a Master’s degree from AUA (UCLA spin-off) in Political Science. She specialized in European Studies at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and in Foreign Trade and International Marketing at ORT Singalovsky, Tel Aviv.

Angelica speaks Russian, Hebrew, English and Armenian.
